A small yoga school by the Agonda beach
We’re a small yoga school on Agonda Beach in Goa, and we believe yoga is a lifelong practice, not a quick certificate. Our teachers are degree holders in yogic science, applied yoga and Indian philosophy, with over ten years of teaching behind them. We keep every batch to ten students, so you’re guided, not lost in a crowd. Some people come for a single class. Some come for a week of rest and sound. Some stay for three weeks to train as teachers. Whatever brings you here, we teach the same way: study, practice, understand, and no shortcuts.Try a drop-in class or private session, learn sound healing, join a 5 or 7-day yoga retreat, or train with us in our 200-hour yoga teacher training.

What our students Say?
Learned so much in such a short time span
“I had a three and half hour training session with Amitesh, with all the sound healing bowls, it was a truly spectacular experience . I’ve learned so much in such a short span of time. I’m very grateful to Amitesh for his time and sharing his knowledge.”
-Sarah from England
It has been a lovely experience
“I’ve been three days here for learning more about sound healing. We learned how to lead a great sound healing session, how to give a deep tissue massage using singing bowls, how to relieve pain using sound bowls. We’ve learned how to hit them, how to make sound using different instruments. we’ve been able to use the gongs, the tinkers, the bells and the bowls as well. Thanks so much Amitesh, it has been a lovely experience. Definitely recommended.”

10/10 Would Recommend. I couldn’t have been more grateful for this experience !
I would recommend this retreat to any friend or family member! Amitesh was an amazing teacher, instructing one of the best yoga classes I have ever been to. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise alongside his kind nature, he made my experience so enjoyable and memorable! After a crazy few weeks travelling around my friends and I couldn’t have been more grateful for this experience.

We all felt so good afterwards. We hope to Visit again in the future!
My friends and I did yoga with Amitesh while we were staying at the same location. He is very kind and knowledgeable and provided appropriate and meaningful hands on assists throughout the class. We all felt so good afterwards though the class was challenging (in a good way). We also had many great chats with him throughout our stay.

I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to face themselves and feel fulfilled !
The atmosphere was very nice. There was a small temple outside the yoga shala. I used to meditate alone, but the great sound system allowed me to go deeper. I tend to have a narrow perspective in my daily life, but listening to Amitesh’s made me feel at ease and like it’s okay to just be myself! I will definitely come here again when I come to Goa.
